Haven't had major problems with it so far. The N64 however carts can die, data can be lost and is impossible to duplicate easily. Consoles pre N64 are all pretty much perfectly emulated. The PSX onwards was all on discs so backups can easily be made, data from memory cards easily duplicated. IMO, the only GBA emulator worth considering on the Wii. It seems that the N64 is therefore the hardest console to keep playing games on properly. It handles GB/GBC games better than mGBA from my experience. Has been working perfectly for me so far, have nothing bad to say about it. It's generally more stable and performant than Wii64/Not64. If you intend on playing light gun games, use the standalone emulator. I prefer the RA core because of the snappier UI (saving and loading states is faster it allows you to map quick save/quick load to buttons too) and added graphical options. They seem identical performance and compatibility-wise. Also, the standalone emulator seems to handle resolutions better and detects game region automatically. Last time I tried the RA core, it took way longer time to load Sega CD games compared to the standalone emulator.
